Imagine enjoying a flavourful and delicious strawberry chocolate pudding knowing it's doing your body some good, instead of feeling guilty for eating something unhealthy or cheating on your diet. Let me tell you. There are healthy and equally as delicious alternatives to your favourite desserts. Chocolate pudding being one of them.
This pudding is made of natural ingredients and not only satisfies your cravings but has health benefits too. It's made of avocado (yes, you read that right) which has good fats (more on that later), cacao powder and chia seeds (superfood!), just to name a few.
Did you know? Cacao powder is high in antioxidants, is a great source of magnesium, potassium, iron and calcium, reduces blood pressure and improves learning and memory.

- Half an avocado
- 1 tbsp of cacao powder
- 1/4 of banana, sliced (optional)
- 5 strawberries, washed (extra slices to top it)
- Maple syrup (to your desired sweetness)
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- Splash of almond milk
Add all ingredients except extra strawberries into food processor. Blend until smooth. Pour into individual cups and let chill in fridge for 20 minutes before serving. Top with fresh strawberries and enjoy!
