Have you ever applied for a job/school/program or are expecting something good to happen as a result of something you've created but don't get the response you were hoping for? It definitely gets you down right? We often have such high expectations of something we've created in our own minds that we get disappointed by the real outcome. This morning, I'm dealing with just that. I've had high expectations of some people or was hoping for a different outcome in some situations, that it really got me down. But then I got myself thinking that not everyone will agree with you, not everything goes the way you want it because maybe that's not how things should play out. I might think "scenario A" will get me to where I want to go, but really it's "scenario C" that is a better fit even if it calls for more struggles. Do you set high expectations for things/people? I'm putting finishing touches on my free Spring Cleanse e-book that I'm super excited to share with you. This e-book will have simple ways to cleanse your body (that includes liver, intestines, lungs, kidneys) and your home and work environment. I hate to break it to you, but you can't simply do a juice cleanse and think "I feel lighter, I have more energy, that's all for my cleanse, let's get back to my old habits and hope I feel the same way as I did after my cleanse". There's so much more to a spring cleanse than a juice cleanse or a 5 day meal plan.
