#AskHerMore

If you've watched the Oscars or you're active on social media, you must have seen or heard Reese Witherspoon calling out all reporters on Instagram through #AskHerMore and encouraging them to ask women more interesting and meaningful questions. But this should not only apply to actresses. Girls and women should be asked what they want to achieve, what are some of their accomplishments and who do they want to become. And if they aren't asked, they should start the conversation amongst their friends. Instead of hitting the mall every weekend and gossiping about boys and meaningless topics, let's inspire each other to talk about our dreams, live our life to the fullest, try new things, put ourselves outside of our comfort zone and challenge each other to become the best we can be. Let's thrive! Screen Shot 2015-02-24 at 10.45.23 PM

In my life, there are a few people who always ask the same questions about boyfriends and money, and to be honest it's boring. I'm never asked "what are your dreams?", "what do you want to accomplish in life?" and "what causes do you support?". I personally think that it might be a reflection of their own lack of dreams and accomplishments. So remember, surround yourself with positive people who challenge you, support you and push you to accomplish whatever it is you want to achieve. Let's be goal diggers and thrive!

What are your goals? What have you accomplished that you are proud of? What do you want to achieve in the next year, 5 years, 10 years and 20 years? Let's talk.
