The Self-Care Challenge
Happy Monday! Can you believe there's only 24 days until Christmas? Are you feeling stressed and overwhelmed with your long shopping and to do list? Is your "me time" suffering because you are lacking the time? For the next 21 days, I will be posting a self-care action to help you recharge, thrive and manage your stress. It is super important for you to take care of yourself.

It's Day 1 of the #TheSelfCareChallenge and to start off the day right, drink lemon and water. Squeeze the juice of a quarter of a lemon into 2 cups of room temperature filtered water. Drinking lemon and water has MANY benefits and should be part of your daily morning routine. When you feel good on the inside and you are in tune with your body, imagine what you can accomplish! You will thrive! Drinking lemon and water... 1. Gets your skin glowing 2. Cleanses the body 3. Helps prevent constipation 4. Reduces heartburn 5. Alkalinizes the body
