I often find it challenging eating my daily requirement of veggies, so I try my best to pack my morning or afternoon smoothie with at least 1-2 vegetables. The best part is that you can’t even taste them. Spinach and kale is perfect for smoothies if you are tired of eating salads. Pair it with blueberries and I guarantee you won’t even taste the greens but you’ll get the benefit! Try the cauliflower and spinach smoothie (recipe below).
