You want to ensure you do not eat too many grapes though because they are high in sugar. For one cup of grapes, there's approximately 15g of sugar.

Kale and Frozen Grapes Smoothie
- 1-2 handful(s) of raw kale or spinach
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/4 tbsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 of frozen banana
- about 10 frozen grapes
Toss all ingredients in blender. Blend and enjoy!
