- 1/4 cup of Love Grown Foods Oat Clusters (apple walnut coconut delight)
- You can make your own granola using oats, dried apples and cinnamon
- 3 dates, soaked for 20 minutes
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract.
Soak dates for 20 minutes, drain. Place all ingredients in food processor and process until fully combined. Roll mixture into 1-inch balls with your hands. Refrigerate for a few hours or overnight. Enjoy 1 or 2 for dessert or an energy boost midday.
