For the last two weeks, I've been eating mostly vegan dishes, with a few exceptions. I've completely eliminated animal products from my diet except for fish (I don't think I can completely eliminate sushi at this time). As I plan for meals ahead, I struggle to find sources of protein and cringe at the thought of having beans and chickpeas for dinner. I've been doing a lot of research and blog browsing for recipes and information on vegan diets. I found this great infographic with some good quality plant based proteins I can add to my diet.
